Growing a Beloved Community: Father’s Day Finale

“To journey faithfully in community is to risk, to stumble, to keep moving forward, and to remember that we are never truly alone.”
—Rev. Tom Owen-Towle

Over the last six months, we’ve gathered for GLOW Sundays—a special worship series inspired by Growing a Beloved Community: 12 Hallmarks to a Healthy Congregation. Grounded in Unitarian Universalist values, this series has invited us to explore the spiritual practices that shape thriving, resilient congregations.

This Sunday, we reach Part 6, the series finale, with the final chapters: Keep Journeying and Know That You Are Not Alone. As we mark Father’s Day, we’ll honor those—of all genders—who have nurtured, guided, and walked beside us on life’s journey. We’ll reflect on our collective path, celebrate the courage it takes to grow in faith and community, and bless the road ahead with gratitude and love.

Whether you are a longtime UU or just beginning your journey, GLOW Sundays are a space to connect, be inspired, and imagine what it means to live into beloved community. Join us for this closing service of reflection, renewal, and shared commitment.
