We are a church which holds Love as the foundation of our Beloved Community.  Thus, we are diverse in faith, ethnicity, lifestyle, and history. Yet we come together to welcome and support each other in leading lives aligned with our principles and in representing these principles in the world.

UUCT is a lay-lead congregation, meaning that we do not have a minister. Instead, we believe in Shared Ministry. The congregation members and staff covenant with each other to meet our needs and to determine our direction.  We accomplish this by sharing our time, treasure, and talent, as stewards of the church.

Volunteer leaders organize and lead worship services, with the help of our Worship Coordinator, Alessandra Nysether-Santos.  We take pride in participating in worship, leading worship, and taking an active role in the content that comes from the pulpit.
