No One’s an Island, We’re in this Together

Drawing inspiration from the timeless words of John Donne and Howard Thurman, “No man is an island, no man lives alone,” we continue the theme of interdependence. Together we will explore the depth of personal responsibility in shaping our societal fabric and on what urges us to engage actively in the social orders we live, work, and worship in. We will reflect on the implications of our interconnectedness; noticing that each action we take, every decision we make, sends ripples that resonate far beyond ourselves, touching the lives of others in ways both seen and unseen. We will have words from a special guest, Rev. Amelia Marie of Dare to Bless the Love, alongside our minister, Rev. E.N. Hill.

Wednesday’s storm has caused a campus wide internet outage at UUCT. Metronet will be resolving the issue on Monday, 4/15/24. Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide a remote service option for this upcoming Sunday.

We hope that you will be able to join us in person.  For those who are not able to attend, we hope that you are able to do something that feeds your spirit during this time.  A recording of the service will be available on Vimeo. As always, Rev. E.N. Hill is available by appointment for pastoral care.

UUCT staff has taken corrective action to ensure that service interruptions such as this are less likely to occur in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
