All-Church Christmas Pageant
This is an Multi-Generational All-Church Service; WE NEED YOUR PARTICIPATION
Come one, come all! Join the joy of a Justice-Themed Christmas pageant! This event will feature congregational singing and a Unitarian Universalist reinterpretation of the story of Christmas with its core message of peace and love. No acting experience necessary. ALL ages joyfully welcome.
We have several non-speaking parts from which you can choose:
• Mary – Wear scarf over head and be willing to have pillow tied around your waist
• Joseph – Wear scarf or towel over your head
• Little Drummer – Wear red clothes
• Angels – Wear white clothes
• Star Bearer – Wear Black
• Donkey – Wear gray clothes
• Sheep- Tan or Brown clothes (wool or fluffy accents)
• Wise people- Wear simple clothes
• Shepherd- Wear loose flowing simple clothes

Feel free to be as creative or extravagant as you wish with your costumes. Special guests are welcome (examples may be: dinosaurs, princesses, super heroes, etc.) The evening of the pageant, we will have costumes from which children and youth can choose, and there will be simple animal masks, tails, halos, and misc. items available to add to your costume if you need them. Feel free to bring any extra costume items to share if you have them.
