The Developmental Minister Search Team is preparing for the next big phase of their work! The list of interested applicants is expected to be sent to the team by March 11. Once that list is received, the search team will read through each portfolio to determine whom to interview. In the meantime, the team is working to prepare for the interview process. During each interview, some of the questions asked will center around the goals for UUCT during developmental ministry.  The goals are as follows:

• Long-Range Planning to include revision of UUCT’s Mission, Vision, and Covenant of Right Relations 

• Completion of Governance Restructuring

• Support of cultural shift around living into the 8th principle and inclusion of LGBTQ people

• Building congregational trust

• Leadership Development

If all goes as planned, an offer will be made to UUCT’s new Developmental Minister by the end of March!  Stay tuned!
