In times of suffering, how do we find clarity, resilience, and compassion? How do we trust that healing is possible? This service introduces a new worship series exploring the Four Noble Truths, a foundational teaching of Buddhism, through a Unitarian Universalist lens. In this first part, we reflect on the reality of suffering (dukkha) and the wisdom it offers. Through reflection, meditation, and shared insight, we will explore how trusting the truth of our experiences—both personal and collective—can open the door to deeper understanding, connection, and healing. Join us, accompanied by musical guest Mark of Marki Healing Sounds, whose soothing sounds will guide us in deep listening and presence.
