When have you felt compelled to say “yes” even when your capacity or willingness was limited? How does overcommitting impact the energy and engagement in ourselves and in our community? Boundaries are tools for nurturing right relationship, protecting well-being, and creating spaces where everyone can belong and thrive. When we attend to boundaries, we also strengthen our leadership. In this service presented by the Committee on Shared Ministry, we enter into an exploration of the UUA’s “Effective Boundaries for Lay Leaders”.
