Grades 4-6 OWL wrapped up on 4/13! What levels of OWL would you like to see next? Our Whole Lives (OWL) was created because “honest, accurate information about sexuality changes lives. It dismantles stereotypes and assumptions, builds self-acceptance and self-esteem, fosters healthy relationships, improves decision making, and has the potential to save lives. For these reasons and more, we are proud to offer Our Whole Lives (OWL), a comprehensive, lifespan sexuality education curricula for use in both secular settings and faith communities.”

Email me to be on the OWL updates list. We hope to offer a K-1 session later in 2025 and are considering offering the Parents and Caregivers as Sexuality Educators learning as well. I’d also love to hear about your interest in middle and high school sessions as well as adult sessions.

RE and Nursery Volunteers We have two childcare staff members available this summer, so we’ll definitely need more RE help! Are there any Sundays from 10:30am-12:30pm that you’re willing and able to help in May and June?

Date with Death Club New and returning participants of Date with Death Club at UUCT are invited to join us for the last DwDC Support Group of the season on Saturday, 5/17, from 1:00-3:30pm in the Sanctuary or on Zoom. In April, we talked about Owning your Dying, vigils, and end of life support. This month we’ll talk about Medical Aid in Dying and Death with Dignity.

If you are someone who needs witnesses for your Five Wishes, please come to the session with the bulk of your packet completed. Remember to not sign your Five Wishes before being in the presence of your two witnesses.
