Second Joint Final Budget Meeting
Combined meeting of the Board, Budget Planner, Canvass Chair, Chair of Personnel Committee, and Committee Chairs and program Coordinators who have submitted budget requests, and Minister to discuss scenarios prepared by the VP for Finance/Budget Planner and pledge income figures; decide on a total projected income figure; and determine what expense reductions, if any, are needed to arrive at a balance budget.

Follow-Up and Additional Meetings
The Vice President for Finance and Budget Planner will then develop a detailed Final Budget based on recommendations made at the Joint Final Budget Meeting. This budget is to be reviewed by the Finance Committee and approved by the Board at the Thursday, April 25, 2024 meeting. Participants in the Joint Final Budget Meeting are invited to attend the Board Meeting.Congregational Discussion Meetings will be held at 12:30 pm on Sunday, May 5, 2024 and Sunday, May 12 to discuss the proposed 2024-25 Summary Final Asking Budget, Contract with the Minister, Endowment Use Plan, and update on UUCT’s Governance Structure and Bylaws.A Congregational Annual Meeting will be held at 12:30 pm on Sunday, May 19, 2024 for the election the Board and Nominating Committee members; approval of 2024-25 Summary Final Budget, Fundraisers, and Share the Plate recipients; and action on any other business items.
