Care Team: Fosters care, connection, and support throughout our UUCT community.

Green Sanctuary: Builds awareness of environmental issues. Encourages personal
lifestyle changes. Motivates for environmental action. Builds connection between
spiritual practice and environmental consciousness. Challenges, and works to heal,

Leadership Development Team: Identifies, equips, and empowers leaders within the
congregation to serve effectively and fulfill UUCT’s mission and vision. Ensures that our
leadership structures are consistent with the UUCT bylaws.

Membership Team: Maintains the lists of UUCT members and supporting friends,
assists in the preparation of updated church directories, welcomes congregation
members and guests on Sunday mornings, and informs guests about the congregation

Religious Exploration Team: Offers safe, welcoming spaces for folks of all ages, and
especially our youth, to explore UU values as well as their own inner worlds and the

UUCT CAJM: Builds a powerful voice by joining other congregations in the Capital Area
Justice Ministry to bring about meaningful social justice action in our community.

Worship Ministry Team: Crafts worship together in the spirit of joyful, authentic shared
ministry. Strives to craft engaging worship with lay-led and staff collaboration.
