Hello! I am a new member of the UU Church. I am on the board of a group called the Tallahassee Community Friends of Old Time Dance, aka, contra dancing. I know several members of the UU Church who attend our dances and one who plays in bands for our dances.

Tallahassee Community Friends of Old Time Dance (aka, contra dance) invites you to join us on the second and most fourth Fridays of each month, 7:15 PM, in the ballroom of the Tallahassee Senior Center. A caller teaches each dance and provides prompts, and a live string band plays the tunes. No experience necessary and you do not need to bring a partner.
