Minster’s Discretionary Funds are funds available to a minister to help those in need.  These funds which are supported entirely by donations, have historically been distributed at the discretion of the minister.  In the absence of a minister, Sally Andersen, member of the Board and the Care Team, and Phyllis Thomson, member of the Committee on Ministry have volunteered to take on this role in handling the requests for assistance, and will now refer to this fund as the Ministry Discretionary Fund.
