UUCT’s Care Team is a vital part of the congregation’s shared ministry, expanding the reach of care beyond a minister or membership coordinator. In partnership with staff and Board, this dedicated group of lay volunteers is trained to listen with compassion, offer empathetic  support without judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Through phone calls, texts, cards, and visits, the Care Team reaches out to those experiencing isolation, loss, or stressful life transitions, offering a steady presence of care and support.

The team also organizes special gatherings such as our in-person potlucks and other opportunities for meaningful engagement. 

If you would like to become a frequent or occasional volunteer, we welcome you! Our monthly meetings are on Zoom on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
