What is your JUSTICE issue? Food Insecurity? Climate Change? Mental Health Access? This year CAJM network members will choose a new issue to bring about changes in Tallahassee and surrounding areas.

Here is when and what for this year:

August is the time for planning. There will be a UUCT Team Leader Brunch and meeting on Saturday 17th from 10:00 to noon at my house. At that meeting, we will develop our own (UUCT) format for our “house” meetings. This year, we will change more than adjusting words in the script. We will have our own format for listening. Many have wanted a confidential way to make their financial investment. We can make that change. On Aug. 27, UUCT team leaders attend the CAJM Team Leader Training.

September through October 13 is the time for our ‘house’ meetings. We will listen to each other about how injustice has affected our lives and lift up our justice issues for consideration. We will learn what we have accomplished the past two years using our People Power.

In late October, network members meet to choose the new issue at the Network Assembly.

November through February are months for researching and strategizing the new issue.

In early March, we meet for the Pep Rally and prepare for the late March Nehemiah Action.

May is the month for the Justice Celebration.
