What do we do with the budget after the canvass is complete?
The combined meeting of the canvass team with the finance committee and board is open to all. No quorum, no vote, big discussions. Join the conversation! New date: The final joint budget meeting is Sunday April 16.

The board appreciates the dedication of three search teams currently carrying out all the tasks necessary to fill the positions of Developmental Minister, Director of Religious Exploration, and the new AV Multi-Platform Specialist. Sally Andersen updated the board on the developmental search team’s activities and the next steps. The steps are different than those for a settled minister, and the search timeline is condensed. The exciting news is that by the time this Meridian is online the church will know whether the minister selected by the search team also chose UUCT.
The board appointed Catherine “Qas” Hubbard as one of three UUCT delegates to the Unitarian Universalist Association General Assembly June 21-25.

No fee is required for an online business-only delegate registration. Some leadership development funds are available to reduce the cost of full registration for delegates. Don’t delay; pre-GA online workshops begin in April for full registrants; workshops for delegates are also in advance of GA. The board also voted to approve:
- Up to $3,000 from the Linda Logan legacy gift for additional expenses related to the installation and equipment required for the upgraded AV system.
- The consent agenda: January financials, February financials, January minutes, February minutes, and confirmed an eVote to approve moving expenses for the developmental minister.
