SUUISI 2026

Welcome to SUUSI — the Southeast Unitarian Universalist Summer Institute – an all ages inclusive summer camp held at the Radford University campus, in Radford, Virginia, from July 19-25.

Each summer, an intergenerational group of Unitarians (and adjacent friends) gathers for one unforgettable week of joy, growth, and connection, a vibrant celebration of community, creativity, and Unitarian Universalist values.

No two SUUSI experiences are the same. Participants build their own schedules based on their interests, energy, and needs. Whether your spirit is replenished through worship with our Nurture staff, time in nature, creative or philosophical workshops, music and late-night activities, or intergenerational programming, there’s space for your way of being.

Live together in dorms, eat together in the cafeteria, and gather for SUUSI-wide traditions like the Banner Parade, Ingathering, and Community Time. Share spaces—from dorm lounges and hallways to the Artisans Bazaar and the bookstore, Common Ground Café, a Pair-a-Dice (our board game room) — for countless ways to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones.

SUUSI is 100% volunteer-run, guided by a board elected annually by the community—including youth members.

Registration is online and easy and more information about nature trips, the full catalog of activities, worship and more is at:  suusi.org
