This is a team to address the church’s staffing needs and budget. The team, consisting of representatives from various committees and members of the congregation, will meet weekly to discuss and plan for the future. The goal is to have recommendations ready by the third week of March for the Finance Committee and the Board. The team will focus on ministerial services and not on assigning specific tasks like mowing the grass or washing windows. The Unitarian encouraged members to participate in the committee meetings or share their thoughts and ideas with the committee members. The aim is to strengthen the church and make the planning process more official and transparent.
