At our next Food for Thought – a Healthier You, a Healthier Planet meeting, on Sunday, October 8th at 12:30 pm, we will show the inspiring 20-minute Plant Strong film featuring Rip Esselstyn, founder of the Engine2 Diet. This film challenges people to get healthy by changing their diets. Many people who participated in the challenge not only lost weight, but their cholesterol levels went down and their blood sugars and blood pressures normalized. After viewing the film, we will discuss Dr. Greger’s Daily Dozen App and how this, too, can assist you in optimizing the right foods to eat.
