Finance Committee

Last month’s Finance Committee Report was reviewed and motion to approve was passed.

UUA Side With Love and UU The Vote

Bonnie is learning more about this program and how we could become a “Good Trouble Congregation”. She will share more as she learns more.

Annette let us know that Susan Flemming and Bob Doyle has done this work in the past.

Tallahassee Homeschool Group

We discussed renewing our agreement with their rental of our spaces. Ken will get with Adriane to see if we need to sign anything this year to continue honoring their three year contract.

Volunteer Recognition

Sally will get with Adriane to check on the status on the letter and/or list for those within our congregation who give of their time and/or talent.

Pledge Drive

We are at 50% of our asking budget. We will most likely be extending the drive. We may also be moving back the Budget Voting Meeting. We will be notified what is decided after the next Pledge Drive Committee meeting.

Board Goals

We will table the review of our goals for the year until April’s meeting. Annette would also like to have things better in place and organized for the new incoming board.

Announcements

Ken will be out of town April 16-20. 

Annette will be out of town most of May. (Bonnie will operate in Annette’s place during that time.)

Chat With Your Board continues to happen on the fourth Sunday of each month. Sally will fill in on April 26th and Sadie will fill in on May 24th.
