Combined meeting of the Board, Budget Planner, Canvass Chair, Chair of the Personnel Committee, Committee Chairs and Program Coordinators who have submitted budget requests, and the DRE to discuss the scenarios prepared by the VP for Finance/Budget Planner and the pledge income figures; decide on a total projected income figure; and determine what expense reductions, if any, are needed to arrive at a balanced budget.
