Paula Cole Jones is a life-long Unitarian Universalist and a Management Consultant with over twenty years of experience in designing and facilitating workshops and dialogues for leaders and organizations. She is an innovator of institutional change.
During the workshop we will have the opportunity:
- To introduce strategies for working toward long term cultural change and to elicit the knowledge of participants about how to engage the congregation,
- To share a framework for how collaboration and accountability shapes the racial and social justice history of institutions in the United States, and
- To engage participants in an interactive experience of the transformative power of the 8th Principle.
The workshop will be held virtually from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm. It is designed for two 45-minute segments divided by a 30-minute break.
