Happy spring! I can’t believe it’s April. 

It has been great being back at UUCT! Thank you to all those who have helped with worship and RE as I’ve been settling back in. 

This April, our Soul Matters theme is Embracing Possibility. It begins with a multigenerational Easter service and our annual UUCT Easter Egg Hunt on April 5th, right after service! Interested in helping? Let me know! 

In the spirit of Embracing Possibility, I’m experimenting with new Small Group offerings for UUCT adults:

• Online Chalice Circle 4/13 6-7:30pm Second Mondays (April – July) on Zoom
• In Person Chalice Circle 4/20 6-7:30pm Third Mondays (April – July) in the Sanctuary

Would you like to help with Worship this month or next? We need Worship Associates and other Worship helpers in April and May. Email me at worship@uutallahassee.org to sign up for a date or get more info. We’ll cover a lot of this in Co-Lab on 4/7 too!

Bridging will be on May 17th this year. We’ll honor our graduating seniors (Kudos Anne Burner-Reeves!) Is your UUCT youth also graduating high school in 2026? We also like to honor all the mini-bridges we cross at this annual service, so I invite families with kiddos of all ages to attend this multigenerational service! 

General Assembly for the UUA is June 14 – 21 this year. It’s primarily online this year, though we’ll have opportunities to gather as a community to participate. For example, we’ll livestream the Sunday Worship during our usual worship time, though it will end at 12:30pm.

Harmony Camp: Web of Life is 8/3 – 8/7. We will explore interdependence, ecosystems, and more through animal encounters, working with plants, service projects for local animal rescues, and more! Registration is now live for campers, junior counselors, and adult volunteers!
