Can we fight climate change with our forks and feel great doing it? This tasty, interactive Green Sanctuary workshop will cover the basics of a plant-forward lifestyle.

Facilitated by Georgia Ackerman, a plant-based wellness coach, topics will include autoimmune
illnesses, weight loss, food for longevity, and the gut-brain connection. Easy, budget-friendly menu ideas will be shared. A non-perishable canned item (beans, veggies, fruit) for Manna is
suggested.
