BEGINS JANUARY 6, 2026

Join us for a free yoga and meditation class at UUCT on Tuesdays from 1:30 to 2:30 PM. We’ll start with a half hour of gentle yoga with lots of modification options, followed by a half hour of silent or guided meditation. Bring a mat and any props you want to use. You’re welcome to come for either or both sessions.
