Artist Nick Cave said, “If we love, we grieve. That’s the deal. That’s the pact. Grief and love are forever intertwined.” Grief can feel like it fractures us, and the only way to move through it is to grieve. When we allow ourselves to feel the love in grief, we find our way to our wholeness, our truths, and our greatest expression of our soul force.
