Ever had a question about how something in UUCT works? Had an idea you would love to try, but don’t want to do it alone? Have a suggestion about how something at UUCT might work better? Or, would you like to learn more about some of the things others are working on at UUCT?

The GLOW Team is that space! GLOW stands for Growing, Leading Ourselves Whole. It is the creation of Kay Stuart-Tilley, as she pondered how the nuts and bolts work of keeping UUCT afloat as well as how best to support the many ministries that help us carry out our mission and vision.

We can form short term, flexible teams of volunteers to identify needs, develop and implement solutions, measure their effectiveness, and complete the project within finite timeframes. It’s a way each of us can engage for a short term to address a specific need.

The GLOW Team meets once a month (mostly) after service for about an hour. Why not drop by and see what it’s all about?
