There is a new initiative here at UUCT that we are excited about and hope you will get involved with! One Sunday a month, a different ministry team from UUCT, whether a committee or social group, will give a brief two- to three-minute update during the service. The update could be a description of the group’s recent activities, a celebration of their accomplishments, or what the group means to its members. The ministry team will also assist in setting up/cleaning up for coffee hour and have a table on the veranda after the service/presence on Zoom so that members of the congregation can ask questions and learn more about the ministry team. We hope that this will help our congregation engage in and learn more about opportunities to be part of UUCT’s ministry teams.

The Nominating Committee was the first ministry team to try it out on in November. We had a great time, and also had some good conversations with members and guests.
