In partnership with staff and Board, this dedicated group of lay volunteers is trained to listen with compassion, offer empathetic  support without judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.\nThrough phone calls, texts, cards, and visits, the Care Team reaches out to those experiencing isolation, loss, or stressful life transitions, offering a steady presence of care and support.\nThe team also organizes special gatherings such as our in-person potlucks and other opportunities for meaningful engagement.\n\n\n\nIf you would like to become a frequent or occasional volunteer, we welcome you!
